Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) engaged HIG to carry out street lighting designs on several TRC roads in the Toowoomba region.

 

The scope of the work included road lighting design for the below listed roads with consideration of using existing Ergon infrastructure and LED luminaires.  The general methodology adopted for the lighting design was in accordance with the process set out in AS 1158.

 

Project sites/Locations included the following:

• Lighting Design Neil St – (James St to Herries St)

• Lighting Design Hume St – (Chalk St to North St)

• Lighting Design South St – (Rodway Cres to Ruthven St)

• Lighting Design South St – (Ruthven St to Water St)

• Lighting Design Diagonal/Stephen St – (West St to Water St)

• Lighting Design Rowbotham Street – Stenner St to Mackenzie St

• Lighting Design Kitchener  St – (James St to Ramsay St including Ramsay St and Jennings St Intersections)

• Lighting Design Roundabout –Various sites:

Mackenzie & South, Mackenzie and Perth, Ramsay and Perth, Geddes and Perth, Hume and Perth, Old Homebush and Gowrie Birnam, West and Anzac/Russell and Alderley & Drayton - Total of 8 sites.
