Harrison Infrastructure Group was engaged by Wagner Investments Pty Ltd to undertake a number of traffic impact assessments for the Brisbane West Wellcamp Airport for submission to DTMR and Council.

The new airport is the first greenfield public airport in almost 50 years and is Australia’s first privately built public airport. With a runway of 2.87km long and 45m wide, the airport is capable of taking jets (up to 747).

Our project team have delivered traffic reports for:

• Airport start-up (170,000 passengers per year);

• The Wagners hanger complex;

• Airport refuelling facility; and

• 1,000,000 passengers per year airport operations, including expanded airport terminal
