HIG provides general design services in both structural and civil engineering disciplines, high quality program management, project management, contract administration, highway/road and civil design, traffic management design, speed limit reviews, transport planning, traffic impact assessments, road safety audits, asset management, lighting design, major projects, stormwater management, design visualisations, subdivision design, traffic signal and street lighting design, structural engineering/design, industry training, public utility management, pavement design, geotechnical advice, and rail infrastructure impact reviews.
Our team comprises of experienced engineers, designers, project managers and inspectors who have a proven record within the industry and who have forged strong working relationships with state and local government agencies, engineering consultancies, town planners, construction and building contractors, developers and architects.
With over 90 technical and administrative personnel, HIG utilises our expertise to deliver a complete service to clients.
We have a strong regional base with offices in Toowoomba, Bundaberg, and Rockhampton. These, along with our metropolitan office located in Brisbane, allow us to provide services across Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
Our quality assurance, safety and environment systems are 3rd party accredited. We are listed under multiple Local Buy panels and we have prequalification status with the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR) to CM1.1, FC3, HE3, HD3, ITS2, TE3, TP2 and CE1.
