We’re proud to be partnered with Windlab as part of the early works for the Bungaban Wind Energy Project. Working with, TPH Project Solutions, our team’s collaboration is creating vital links that will support future project construction and operations of the $3.9b, 1.4 GW wind energy project.

We consistently strive to create lasting environmental, technical, and community change, and these early works are helping to deliver positive impact for the region. HIG is proud to play a part in Australia’s renewable energy future 💚

As part of early works for the Bungaban wind energy project, Windlab has partnered with Toowoomba-based Harrison Infrastructure Group, supported by TPH Project Solutions, to progress the preliminary engineering for off-site roads — vital links that will support future project construction and operations.
Collaboration with the Western Downs Regional Council has been central to this phase, with design reviews and progress toward a Road Infrastructure Agreement ensuring the project integrates safely and sustainably with local transport networks.
These early works go beyond engineering — they’re about balancing environmental, technical, and community considerations to deliver resilient road designs that work with the local landscape. Through flood modelling, careful alignment planning, and regional input, the project is being shaped with long-term sustainability and local impact in mind.
Engaging regional capability early helps strengthen project design, build delivery readiness, and support the local expertise that underpins Australia’s renewable energy future.
